Where a longer retention period is required by law or regulation, we will retain the information for that longer period. When personal information is no longer required for these purposes, we take reasonable steps to securely delete or anonymize it.

We implement reasonable organizational, physical, and technical safeguards designed to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. The Platform is strictly intended for individuals 18 years of age and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. Identity verification procedures are in place to confirm the age and eligibility of all registered users. If we become aware that a minor has registered or attempted to register an account, we will take steps to close the account and delete the associated personal information.
