Terms and Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of BetVisa, operated by Vega Interactive Solutions Corp., a company licensed and regulated by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR), through the website betvisaphl.org and the BetVisa mobile application for iOS and Android (collectively, the “Platform”).

By registering for an account, accessing the Platform, or using any BetVisa service, you agree to be bound by these Terms, along with our Privacy Policy and any game-specific, promotion-specific, or VIP Club terms referenced herein. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not register for or use the Platform.

BetVisa reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms at any time, as described in Section 15.

Eligibility Requirements

To register and use the Platform, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old, or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
• Not be located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited or restricted
• Not be a person barred or excluded from gambling activities under any self-exclusion program or applicable law
• Register only one account per person

BetVisa reserves the right to request proof of age, identity, and eligibility at any time, and to suspend or close accounts that fail to meet these requirements.

Account Registration & Verification (KYC)

To create a BetVisa account, you must provide accurate and complete personal information, including your full name, date of birth, contact details, and residential address.

Verification (Know Your Customer): BetVisa requires identity verification before certain account activities can be completed, including withdrawals and participation in select promotions. Verification may require submission of a valid government-issued ID, proof of address, and other supporting documents as BetVisa may reasonably request.

One Account Per Player: Each individual is permitted only one BetVisa account. Creating or maintaining multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited and may result in disqualification from promotions, suspension of accounts, and forfeiture of funds.

You are responsible for ensuring that the information provided during registration remains accurate and up to date.

Account Security & User Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your BetVisa account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to:

• Not share your account credentials with any other person
• Notify BetVisa immediately at contact@betvisaphl.org if you suspect unauthorized access to your account
• Accept responsibility for all activity conducted through your account, unless such activity results from BetVisa’s own negligence

BetVisa is not liable for losses arising from unauthorized use of your account where such use resulted from your failure to safeguard your login credentials.

Deposits & Withdrawals

BetVisa supports the following payment methods for Philippine players:

All deposits and withdrawals are subject to identity verification, applicable wagering requirements (where a bonus has been claimed), and BetVisa’s standard processing procedures. BetVisa is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers (e.g., GCash, Maya) that are outside our reasonable control.

Bonuses & Promotions (General Terms)

BetVisa offers a range of bonuses and promotions, each governed by its own specific terms published on the Promotions page. The following general rules apply across all BetVisa promotions unless stated otherwise:

• Members may hold only one active bonus at a time, unless a specific promotion states otherwise
• Multiple bonus claims connected to the same family, address, device, or IP address are prohibited
• Each member is permitted only one account; use of multiple or fake accounts to claim bonuses may result in disqualification, suspension, and forfeiture of funds
• Players who end a promotion early or violate its terms may be subject to fees, forfeiture of bonus funds, or downgrade to Bronze VIP status with loss of automatic VIP upgrade eligibility
• BetVisa reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify, cancel, refuse, or void any promotion at any time, without prior notice
• Specific wagering requirements, validity periods, eligible games, and maximum withdrawal limits vary by promotion and are detailed on each promotion’s individual terms

Players should always review the specific terms of a promotion before participating.

Games, Providers & Fair Play

BetVisa offers a wide range of game categories, including Slots, Live Casino, Crash Games, Sports Betting, Table Games, Lottery, Fishing Games, and Arcade Games, sourced from licensed and reputable game providers.

All games offered on the Platform are provided by third-party licensed studios and are subject to those providers’ own fairness and random number generation (RNG) standards. BetVisa does not alter or interfere with the outcomes of games provided by third-party studios.

Game availability may vary and may be added, removed, or modified at BetVisa’s discretion.

VIP Club Terms

BetVisa’s VIP Club is a tier-based loyalty program consisting of six levels: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, Diamond, and Legend. Members progress through tiers by accumulating VIP Experience Points generated through qualifying real-money wagers.

VIP benefits, including rebate rates, rescue bonuses, birthday bonuses, and support privileges, vary by tier and are detailed on the VIP Club page. VIP Points and associated privileges are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged between accounts.

Players under 18 years of age, and players found to be operating multiple accounts, are not eligible for VIP Club participation or benefits. BetVisa reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the VIP Club program at its discretion.

Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Create or operate more than one BetVisa account
• Provide false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or verification
• Engage in collusion, chip dumping, bot use, or other forms of gameplay manipulation
• Attempt to exploit bonus terms through fraudulent, coordinated, or abusive claiming patterns
• Use the Platform if you are under 18 years of age
• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering

Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds and winnings, and reporting to relevant authorities where required by law.

Responsible Gambling

BetVisa is committed to promoting responsible gambling. We encourage all players to:

• Recognize signs of problematic gambling behavior
• Take advantage of self-exclusion tools where available

Suspension & Termination of Accounts

• Underage access or use
• Activity that poses a security or legal risk to BetVisa or other users

In such cases, BetVisa may withhold or forfeit any funds or winnings associated with the violation, subject to applicable law and regulatory requirements.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, including but not limited to the BetVisa name, logo, graphics, game interfaces, and software, is the property of BetVisa, Vega Interactive Solutions Corp., or their respective licensors, and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of Platform content is strictly prohibited.

Limitation of Liability & Disclaimers

The Platform is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. While BetVisa takes reasonable steps to maintain a secure and reliable service, we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or continuously available access to the Platform.

BetVisa is not liable for losses arising from:

• Technical failures, outages, or disruptions beyond our reasonable control
• Delays or errors caused by third-party payment processors or game providers
• Unauthorized account access resulting from a user’s failure to safeguard their credentials

Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.

Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from your use of the Platform shall first be addressed through BetVisa’s Customer Support team. Where a resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the applicable Philippine courts and, where relevant, the regulatory oversight of PAGCOR.

Amendments to These Terms

BetVisa reserves the right to amend, update, or modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated “Last Updated” date on this page. Continued use of the Platform following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. Players are encouraged to review these Terms periodically.
